How does it work
We're Fitgum. We launched the brand because we knew the morning routine all too well: powder stuck to the bottom of the shaker, capsules you put off taking, the tub eventually forgotten in the cupboard.
The formula was never the problem. It was taking it.
So we took the same active ingredients (2,500 mg of creatine monohydrate, 500 mg of EPA and DHA, a vitamin and mineral complex) and put them into a gummy. Two in the morning, and you're all set.
